The Sinoboom 1623RD is an 18.2m Rough Terrain 4WD Scissor Lift with a powerful platform capacity of 680kg for unprecedented efficiency for up to four occupants plus a two-way extendable platform, providing a spacious working area. With a wide-angle tilt, one-click outrigger levelling and 40% gradeability, the Sinoboom 1623RD (5389RD) offers strong off-road performance on challenging terrains.

Rough terrain non-marking tyres also come fitted as standard enabling the machine to be used both indoors and outdoors, perfect for when needing to work on sensitive flooring.

They work by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off an uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.

When operating diesel engines in Petrochemical plants and other hazardous environments such as petrol station forecourts, a sudden release of flammable gas or hydrocarbon vapour can happen at any time and be instantly drawn into the engine's air intake. This external fuel source would prevent the machine from shutting off, meaning the engine would continue to accelerate rapidly. Chalwyn Valves are the most effective way of preventing these runaway situations, providing emergency overspeed shutdown protection by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off the uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.
