Our approach to products and innovation continues to focus on investing in modern, lower-emission equipment, supporting customers in reducing their environmental impact, and providing the data and insights needed to meet sustainability goals. Through our investment in electric, hybrid and HVO-compatible equipment, innovative telemetry technology, and expert operational advice, we help customers improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and create lasting environmental value across their projects.
In the last 3 years alone, we have invested over £45 million in a modern, efficient fleet of electric, hybrid, and biofuel powered equipment, including boom lifts, mast boom lifts, scissor lifts, push-around verticals, forklifts, and spider lifts.

Lowering Emissions
Besides the widest investment in battery and hybrid in the industry, all our diesel fleet benefit from Stage V Engines, which are great for working in Urban and Low Emission Zones (ULEZ). This means reduced harmful pollutants and ultimately better air quality for your people and local residents. The newest technology enables near zero emissions of NOx (nitrogen oxides) and particulate matter, reduced by up to 99% compared to older models. Their Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) also reduce ultra-fine sub-micron soot particles.
Stage V engines also offer increased performance, allowing operators to downsize the engine size they choose for site. Advanced combustion engines and fuel injection systems reduce fuel consumption by about 5% compared to Stage IV equivalents, lowering both fuel cost and carbon emissions.
Renewable HVO Fuel
All of our engines can run on HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) offering a cleaner alternative to white diesel and reducing your net carbon emissions by up to 90%.
We can provide renewal fuel backed by the Renewable Fuel Assurance Scheme (RFAS) ensuring your HVO is fully International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) certified, giving you confidence that it is the most ethical and responsibly sourced option available.
Maximising Uptime While Minimising Emissions
We are committed to helping you operate more sustainably by engaging early with your team and advising on the most efficient equipment solutions for your site and application. With 90% of our fleet under five years old, breakdowns are minimal, supporting maximum uptime on site whilst reducing carbon emissions and environmental impact.
We may also be able to suggest best practice solutions or innovative ways of working to optimise your fleet that you may not have already considered, further reducing time, cost, and emissions.
