LGMG SR1623D Diesel Scissor Lift

The LGMG SR1623D rough terrain scissor lift delivers higher capacities and larger platforms for toughest construction job sites with four-wheel drive, oscillating axles and hydraulic outriggers for superior stability on uneven surfaces. The larger working platform with dual extension decks also offers great productivity for the operator. The powerful diesel engine, oscillating axles and four-wheel drive provide better performance on most rough terrain job sites.

Standard features include one button auto levelling outriggers, an overload system and motion alarm all assist the operator to complete the job safely.

Typically used in Petrochemical plants and areas where petrol and other flammable materials are present, Chalwyn valves provide emergency overspeed shutdown protection for diesel engines and are the most effective way of preventing runaway situations. They work by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off an uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.

When operating diesel engines in Petrochemical plants and other hazardous environments such as petrol station forecourts, a sudden release of flammable gas or hydrocarbon vapour can happen at any time and be instantly drawn into the engine's air intake. This external fuel source would prevent the machine from shutting off, meaning the engine would continue to accelerate rapidly. Chalwyn Valves are the most effective way of preventing these runaway situations, providing emergency overspeed shutdown protection by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off the uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.
