Teupen Leo 39GT Plus Super MEWP

The Teupen Leo 39GT Plus is an excellent choice of Super MEWP for highly challenging situations. The most demanding jobs often take place in difficult to reach areas or on rough terrain and the robust design, powerful engine, stabiliser system and the most versatile track chassis will easily tackle this as the automatic levelling system positions the Teupen Leo 39GT Plus into a comfortably safe working position. The stabilisation works on different height levels and offers various setup positions for jobsites with very limited space.

The Teupen Leo 39GT Plus can be started and stopped from the wireless radio remote control box as standard, allowing the operator to move around the machine to get a better overview of operations. The easy to use display shows fuel indicator, platform capacity/live load during the use of the lifting device and load capacity in percentage form.

The perfect mix between compactness, lightness and flexibility is what makes the Teupen Leo 39GT Plus an all-purpose tool. Thanks to the powerful track drive, this machine can drive on slopes up to 30% inclination and even have the ability to climb stairs.

Transformer & Lead
It's essential to fully charge all electric equipment each night in order to get the most out of them and prolong the lifespan of the batteries. Charging facilities on site can often be limited and 110V power may not even be an option. In these cases, our 110V transformers can be used to lower the 240V voltage coming from a standard UK plug socket down to the 110V that is required to safely charge the electric equipment. Typically used in Petrochemical plants and areas where petrol and other flammable materials are present, Chalwyn valves provide emergency overspeed shutdown protection for diesel engines and are the most effective way of preventing runaway situations. They work by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off an uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.

When operating diesel engines in Petrochemical plants and other hazardous environments such as petrol station forecourts, a sudden release of flammable gas or hydrocarbon vapour can happen at any time and be instantly drawn into the engine's air intake. This external fuel source would prevent the machine from shutting off, meaning the engine would continue to accelerate rapidly.
