LGMG SR1018D Diesel Scissor Lift

The LGMG SR1018D rough terrain Scissor Lifts are specifically built for tough construction sites with four wheel drive and fantastic gradeability. High load capacities with compact design provide a great combination for the lager working area and great manoeuvrability through rough terrain job sites.

This machine also offers high capacity, large platforms with a compact design to maximise productivity. The powerful diesel engine and four wheel drive makes the LGMG SR1018D ideal for varying conditions. Its oscillating axles along with great gradeability provide excellent performance on rough terrain job sites. Optional hydraulic outriggers deliver better stability on uneven ground. and it also comes with an intelligent self diagnostic system for quick troubleshooting.

Typically used in Petrochemical plants and areas where petrol and other flammable materials are present, Chalwyn valves provide emergency overspeed shutdown protection for diesel engines and are the most effective way of preventing runaway situations. They work by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off an uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.

When operating diesel engines in Petrochemical plants and other hazardous environments such as petrol station forecourts, a sudden release of flammable gas or hydrocarbon vapour can happen at any time and be instantly drawn into the engine's air intake. This external fuel source would prevent the machine from shutting off, meaning the engine would continue to accelerate rapidly. Chalwyn Valves are the most effective way of preventing these runaway situations, providing emergency overspeed shutdown protection by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off the uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.
