Teupen Leo 40GTX Super MEWP

The Teupen Leo 40GTX MEWP can do everything a truck-mounted lift in its class could do but has been redesigned for facility management use in modern architecture and outdoor high level utilities. It offers the operational stability of a vehicle mounted platform.

With an excellent weight distribution under the rubber tracks, the Teupen Leo 40GTX allows access to areas with floor load restrictions or sensitive surfaces. Indoors or outdoors, the track system allows you to easily and precisely position the lift through narrow alleys and around obstacles. The machine can be set up even at the most complicated locations and on uneven surfaces using the automatic multi-position-multi-level levelling system. The height and width adjustable track system allows narrowing the machine for passing entrances or widening the track footprint for more ground clearance and traction for driving alongside slopes or in terrain. Compact like a scissor lift, light like a trailer and more versatile than a bulky boom lift, the Teupen Leo 40GTX is the ultimate tool for height access with unrivalled smooth and precise lift operation, especially for jobsites where there is limited access.

Transformer & Lead
It's essential to fully charge all electric equipment each night in order to get the most out of them and prolong the lifespan of the batteries. Charging facilities on site can often be limited and 110V power may not even be an option. In these cases, our 110V transformers can be used to lower the 240V voltage coming from a standard UK plug socket down to the 110V that is required to safely charge the electric equipment. Chalwyn Valves
Typically used in Petrochemical plants and areas where petrol and other flammable materials are present, Chalwyn valves provide emergency overspeed shutdown protection for diesel engines and are the most effective way of preventing runaway situations. They work by blocking the engine's air intake system, cutting off an uncontrolled external fuel source and the air required to keep the engine running.

When operating diesel engines in Petrochemical plants and other hazardous environments such as petrol station forecourts, a sudden release of flammable gas or hydrocarbon vapour can happen at any time and be instantly drawn into the engine's air intake.
