Hire Safe Abrasive Wheel

Hire Safe Solutions are pleased to offer Abrasive Wheel training, this course is designed and structured to provide to your workforce training in the safe use of Abrasive Wheels. It meets the requirements of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 98). The course covers all types of cutting and grinding machinery.

Half Day Course:

Our most popular option is a half day course conducted on your site, this course is better suited to the more experienced abrasive wheel machine operators, especially those who only operate hand held/portable machines, bench or pedestal grinding machines.

Duration:

½ day certification is valid for 3 years.

Certification:

Certification is valid for 3 years, refresher training is recommended prior to expiry.
