Hire Safe Solutions Receives Supply Chain Sustainability School's Diversity Data Quality Award

We’re incredibly proud to share that on Tuesday 23rd June, we were recognised at the Inspiring Change Conference & Awards, receiving the Diversity Data Benchmarking – Data Quality Award (SME) from the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
The award recognises the SME that submitted the lowest percentage of unknown data in the 2025 Diversity Data Benchmarking Survey.
While this might sound like a data achievement, it represents something much more important… High-quality diversity data is only possible when people feel safe, trusted and empowered to share information about themselves.
Reducing “unknown” responses takes time, commitment and a workplace culture where colleagues have confidence that their data will be used responsibly and respectfully.
We’re honoured that our efforts have been recognised and grateful to everyone across our organisation who has helped create an inclusive environment where people feel comfortable participating!
We’re proud to be part of an industry committed to inspiring change, and we’ll continue working to build an inclusive culture backed by meaningful, reliable data!
Despite our best efforts we had great difficulty sourcing the correct MEWPs for work at one of our facilities, following a site visit Hire Safe Solutions organised a WT1000 with a spectacular working height of 103.5 meters, the contract was carried out in a professional and site appropriate manner.
